Auriou Ironing Rasps – 20mm wide – Unhandled [Clearance]

Old stock – unhandled – as new.

Hand stitched by Auriou Toolworks, the masters of rasp and riffler making in St. Juery, France.

These are flat bottomed short ironing rasps. The stitched part is 80mm long and 20mm wide.

Stitched on the underside only with a cranked tang for knuckle clearance.

Stitch is 6 which is coarse/medium cut.

These are “old stock” and date from about 2007.

Stitched for right handers so use with a skew action of about 20-25 degrees.

Great for cleaning up small areas of wood surfaces for final finishing.
