The Mora Classic No. 2 Knife has a carbon steel blade that will prove very durable, very hard and very sharp. Carbon steel is a harder formulation than stainless steel which contributes to its enhanced ability to retain its particularly sharp edge.

The handle is made of a very attractive and distinctive red ochre birch wood that has a subtle curved profile for ease of handling and of adjusting in the hand to suit the particular task.
