Handmade Heritage
This rustic chestnut crook is not just made, it is grown! The ancient technique of coppicing involves cutting back the source trees about a metre back from the ground, stimulating the growth of new shoots which grow to an appropriate diameter for a walking stick.
Rustic Appearance
This stick is made from light yet strong chestnut wood with the bark left on for a particularly rustic and traditional appearance. Fantastic for country jaunts, the Chestnut Bark Crook Handle Walking Stick can complete any outdoorsman’s outfit.
Rubber Ferrule
This walking stick is supplied with a rubber ferrule. This is ideal for all types of firm ground, including indoor environments and pavement.
Can I Replace the Ferrule?
Yes, if your rubber ferrule becomes worn, you can remove the fitted ferrule and replace it with a new one. As this is a natural product, we recommend measuring the end of your stick to determine which size is right for your stick. For information on how to measure your stick, we recommend reading our article on How to Measure Your Walking Stick for a Ferrule.
